A continuaci\u00f3n, centrarase en residuos, abordando a estratexia galega de bioresiduos por parte de Paula Ur\u00eda, subdirectora xeral de Residuos da Xunta de Galicia, para logo debullar a lei de residuos e a administraci\u00f3n local con Jos\u00e9 Pernas, profesor titular de dereito administrativo da Universidade de A Coru\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Seguir\u00e1 Benito Blanco, xerente de proxectos de residuos no grupo Applus+ cunha intervenci\u00f3n sobre 2025 e o l\u00edmite legal para as novas taxas e ordenanzas ambientais. Sobre tecnolox\u00eda para o peche de colectores falar\u00e1 Juan Carlos Cort\u00e9s, director comercial en Citisend, mentres que do retorno controlado de envases far\u00e1 o propio Iv\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez, xerente de desenvolvemento de negocios en Candam Tech.<\/p>\n<p>O bloque tem\u00e1tico pecharase expo\u00f1endo casos de \u00e9xito na implantaci\u00f3n de materia org\u00e1nica, sendo a moderadora Arancha Ma\u00f1as, presidenta da Asociaci\u00f3n Profesional de Empresas Medioambientais de Galicia (Aproema), e participando Jes\u00fas Dom\u00ednguez, concelleiro de Sustentabilidade Ambiental de Santiago de Compostela; Lino Mouri\u00f1o, concelleiro de Servizos de Vilagarc\u00eda de Arousa; Paula Fern\u00e1ndez, alcaldesa de Silleda, e Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n Mart\u00ednez, concelleiro de Medio Ambiente e Servizos de Laracha.<\/p>\n<p>Xa o venres, os eixos ser\u00e1n enerx\u00eda, auga e mobilidade. O primeiro bloque comezar\u00e1 expo\u00f1endo a axenda enerx\u00e9tica galega, para logo falar do bio metano de man de Prezero e tam\u00e9n da implantaci\u00f3n de renovables e eficiencia enerx\u00e9tica no concello de Lugo, por parte de Miguel \u00c1ngel Negra, xefe do servizo de Medio Ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>En canto \u00e1 auga, Gonzalo Mosqueira, xerente de Augas de Galicia, expo\u00f1er\u00e1 a nova lei de mellora da xesti\u00f3n do ciclo integral da auga. O modelo de colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada e Perte de dixitalizaci\u00f3n de AquaOurense explicarano V\u00edctor Comesa\u00f1a, responsable t\u00e9cnico de AquaOurense, e Javier Bobe, director da \u00e1rea de Medio Ambiente da Deputaci\u00f3n de Ourense, mentres que Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n V\u00e1zquez, xefe de departamento comercial zona norte de Aqualia Industrial, ser\u00e1 o encargado de falar de estaci\u00f3ns compactas de tratamento para pequenos n\u00facleos de poboaci\u00f3n. Ademais, levarase a cabo unha mesa redonda sobre retos das entidades locais galegas para os vindeiros anos, con representantes de Augas de Galicia, Viaqua, Aqualia e Espina&amp;Delf\u00edn<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, abordarase a mobilidade.\u00a0 Un plan de mobilidade do s\u00e9culo XXI ser\u00e1 o que describa na s\u00faa intervenci\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 Luis Ca\u00f1avate, urbanista experto en mobilidade, mentres que as \u00e1reas de servizos para autocaravanas ser\u00e1n o tema abordado por Fabrizio Muzzati e Mireya Palau, de Aquiestoy Caravaning.
